This Privacy Policy describes how Music MP3 Player - BoostPlayer ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Access
Music MP3 Player - BoostPlayer is a local music player. It does not require account creation and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
To provide its core features, the App accesses the following on your device:
- Music and audio files stored on your device, to list and play your music library.
- Album artwork embedded in your audio files, to display cover art. The App does not browse or access your personal photo gallery beyond reading artwork embedded within your music files.
- Network state and Wi-Fi state, to determine connectivity for ad delivery and app functionality.
2. Advertising
The App displays ads served through the following third-party advertising networks:
- Google AdMob
- Yandex Mobile Ads
These networks may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), general device information, and usage data to serve and measure ads. These networks operate under their own privacy policies:

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's system settings.
3. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to understand general app usage, measure performance, and diagnose crashes. These tools may collect device identifiers, device information, app usage data, and crash logs. 4. Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions, each used solely to provide App functionality:
- Storage / Media Audio: Access and play music files on your device
- Notifications: Show playback controls in the notification bar
- Foreground Service: Continue music playback while the App is in the background
- Network / Wi-Fi State: Connectivity check for ads and app functionality
- Vibrate: Haptic feedback for certain interactions
- Wake Lock: Prevent the device from sleeping during playback
- Boot Completed: Restore playback service after device restart, if applicable
The App does not access your contacts, location, camera, call logs, or SMS messages.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data collected by third-party advertising and analytics SDKs (see Section 2 and 3) is shared with those providers subject to their own privacy policies.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
